Page 36, bottom paragraph:

The table referred to should be 3.3.

Page 44, 3rd paragraph, last sentence:
"(You'll see this wire in the Cabling and Connector Pin Out diagrams in Appendix B)"

The Appendix referred to should be A not B.

Page 67, 1rst full paragraph:
"Also check Appendix C for common DMA usage in the PC."

The Appendix referred to should be B not C.

Page 115, 2nd section, number 2:
"Occasionally I've seen people using single-ended FTP for maximum terminators on an LVD setup..."

The sentence should read FPT, not FTP.

Page 129, Figure 7.4, Single Initiator and Single Targets; Peripheral:
"Logical Unit 0 Reguired"

It should say "Logical Unit 0 Required"

Page 132, Figure 7.6, The A- and B- Cables, interconnect 6:
"DB(16-8) DB(P1)"

The correct phrase is "DB(15-8) DB(P1)"

Page 132, Figure 7.6, The A- and B- Cables, interconnect 7:
"DB(23-18) DB(P2)"

It should be "DB(23-16) DB(P2)". Also, to maintain convention, "DB(0-7)" should be "DB(7-0)"

Page 141, bottom paragraph:
"Before you panic, take a look at Table 7.5, which provides a detailed description of the bus phase sequence in Figure 7.13, event by event."

Figure 7.13 should read Table 7.4

Page 199, 2nd paragraph:
"The RAB (www.raid advisory.com) offers the RAIDBook, which describes all RAID and EDAP issues in great detail."

The website mentioned is actually www.raid-advisory.com.

Also on this page, Figure 10.9 is actually a duplicate of Figure 10.7 from page 197.

Appendix A, page 314, figure A.1:
The symbol for SCSI LVD should be absent the horizontal line. With the line it is the same symbol as LVD/SE.
